Returns
Eligibility Window: We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- It should be returned in the original packaging along with all tags and authenticity cards.
- Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for returns unless received damaged.
- Damage Reporting: Any defective or damaged item must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
